2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days depending on location. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Weather conditions

Zylaro is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been shipped.

3. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the courier first. Zylaro is not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
