Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the hygienic nature of oral care items, strict return guidelines apply.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 10 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, opened or used oral care products cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Used products

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Minor cosmetic packaging differences

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it with proof of delivery and order confirmation.
